Let me make one thing absolutely clear: I am not a doctor! Please read my DISCLAIMER Here. What I can say is, I am in my 70's and sailed through the various menopausal stages with relative ease. I surely learnt a few things en route, which I am happy to share. 

It is also important to understand that we all have our own unique bodies connected to our unique minds and brains and we all react or respond differently. What works for one person will not work for the next!

Whilst it is useful to have guidelines of what has helped others, we need to get really in tune with our bodies ourselves. That is one of the most important aspects!

For most women, we have been busy most of our lives often juggling kids, partners, home making, jobs, elderly parents, community help and involvements ... the list is sheer endless. For most of us we got so busy that we switched off from the neck down. There just wasn't any time for ourselves ... and if we dared raise that subject, we immediately felt guilty of being selfish.

To me, perimenopause is an initiation phase to learn to connect with ourselves, our highest essence as well as our bodies.
It is learning to become the high priestess of our body temples, to allow sensitivity and intuition to flow, learning consciously what is good for us and what isn't.

Learning to listen to our own inner voice of truth.

On this website, as well as with my private clients, reducing toxic load is important. Toxic load in all forms, even toxic relationships and stressors.

I will share what has helped me and the clients I have worked with. I will share what products and oils have helped, as well as how to use smart methods, such as applied kinesiology (a.k.a. muscle testing) and other modalities to find out what might be the most appropriate way forward at any given moment.

I want you to be in charge of your own body, mind and soul so that you feel your best even through this particular phase in your life.
